These terms apply to soyosee.com, operated under the Soyosee brand ("we", "us", and "our"). Please read them before using the site or placing an order. For questions, email support@soyosee.com.

Store availability

Products can be purchased only when marked as available and offered through an active checkout. A saved bag or notification request does not place an order or reserve stock.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us or placing an order. To make a purchase, you must be legally able to enter into a contract in your location or have the required authorization from a parent or legal guardian. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, submit fraudulent information, or misuse another person's information.

Products and pricing

Soyosee offers physical false eyelashes and beauty accessories. Check the individual product page for what is included, available options, and care information. Images illustrate the products; screen settings and photography can affect how colors and details appear. This does not limit your rights if an item is defective or does not match its description.

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD), unless a different currency is expressly shown. Product availability and prices may change before an order is placed. When checkout is available, review the items, delivery charges, applicable taxes, and total before paying. Any destination-specific duties or charges will be explained in our Shipping Policy where applicable.

If we identify a material pricing or description error affecting an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer a correction or cancellation. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will arrange a refund.

Orders and payments, when available

You are responsible for reviewing your contact details, delivery address, products, and quantities before submitting an order. Orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation. A payment failure or an abandoned checkout does not confirm an order. If your payment status is unclear, contact us before attempting to pay again.

Payments will be handled by the provider identified at checkout and are subject to that provider's applicable terms. Soyosee does not store full payment card numbers, card security codes, or payment account passwords in this storefront. Only payment methods offered in the active checkout are accepted.

Shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds

Read our Shipping Policy for delivery information and our Return & Refund Policy for return eligibility, damaged or incorrect items, cancellations, and refund requests. These policies form part of the terms that apply to purchases.

For an address change or cancellation, email support@soyosee.com as soon as possible with your order details. We will confirm whether the request can be accommodated; a request alone does not confirm cancellation. Once an order has shipped, the return and refund process applies, subject to your statutory rights.

Website content and third-party services

Our branding, photographs, designs, and written content belong to Soyosee or the relevant rights holders. You may browse and use the website for personal shopping. Reproduction or commercial reuse requires permission unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Links to external websites or payment services are provided where relevant. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content or availability.

Privacy and email updates

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Subscribing to launch or product updates is optional, does not place an order, and does not guarantee stock or a launch date. You can unsubscribe by emailing support@soyosee.com.

Availability and your rights

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our reasonable control. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use or protect the website.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the website or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes any mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods.

Changes, questions, and disputes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date above. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing order. If a provision cannot be enforced under applicable law, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted.
